My name is Ashley Jasper, and first, I want to thank you for taking the time to get to know me and the story behind Undisputed Barbershop.

Undisputed began in 2019 as the dream of one woman on a mission to create more than just a barbershop—I wanted to build a place people could truly call home. From day one, I focused on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every client could relax, enjoy a cold drink, and feel like family.

I’ve been a professional barber for 19 years, and my journey has taken me across Washington, California, and Oregon. Each experience taught me something new. But Utah is home—born and raised here—and I knew this was where I wanted to plant my roots and build my own vision.

One day, I came home and told my husband, “I have a vision for my own barbershop.” Without hesitation, he said, “Then let’s do it.” That moment changed everything.

From a one-chair setup, Undisputed has grown into a 12-chair elite barbershop. We offer services for all ages—from hot towel straight razor shaves to skin fades and flat tops—everything a man could need for grooming and personal style. Our skilled barbers focus on precision, comfort, and delivering an experience that leaves every client looking and feeling their best.

What truly makes Undisputed special is the opportunity for growth. I believe in mentoring and empowering barbers, whether they’ve been in the industry for five minutes or fifteen years. We never stop learning. Many of our team members have gone on to become master estheticians, nail techs, and educators—all while being part of the Undisputed family.
